Arabian Nights

Like the stories from one thousand and one nights, this stunning art yarn is full of sparkle, highlights, subtle changes and transitions. Light, darkness and passion are reflected in this glittering beauty.

I have spun this yarn from my own hand carded fibre blend, containing softest merino of dark plum and different shades of blue, creamy white Bluefaced Leicester wool, and sparkling angelina (glittery fibre). I have spun in blue sewing thread strung with seed beads of teal and dark violet, and facetted glass beads of blue and amethyst. I have also added strips of black lace fabric, adding depth and texture to the yarn.

This beautiful skein will make a beautiful medium project, or it could be used as an addition to a larger one.

Like all our yarns, this one has been spun in a smoke free home.
