The Confesssion of Love – Rococo Inspired Hair Accessory
This feminine flower would be a perfect accessory for your romantic Valentine’s Day (or any day for that matter) or would serve as a sophisticated and elegant gift for your loved one! I created this flower using many layers of soft ivory, the lightest baby pink, light mauve, and pastel magenta colored fabrics. The center of this flower has been adorned with three bright green faux crystals and matching tiny glass beads. In honor of Valentine’s Day I have created this flower based on the colors of Fragonard’s last painting in the “Progress of Love” series titled “The Confession of Love” or “The Love Letters”. This painting depicts two lovers coming together in an idyllic garden to share the love letters they have exchanged throughout their courtship. The lady wears a light pink and ivory gown as she sits beside a statue with her lover. |
